This moment of imaginative exploration has been brought you by Muir Beach Holiday Arts Fair.

However, if you’re going to be in the Bay Area this Saturday and Sunday, December 6th and 7th, you don’t have to settle for just imagining it.

You get to experience it–as more than 40 local artists gather at Muir Beach Community Center for a beloved coastal tradition.

Tradition–and shopping “temptation”

For more than 50 years, Muir Beach Holiday Arts Fair has celebrated the talents of their local communities.

This year is no exception.

More than 40 local artists from Marin and the greater Bay Area will be on hand.  Glassware, textiles, jewelry, woodworking, wreaths, garden-inspired gifts and much more, will all be included in their array of handmade fine art and crafts.

The Muir Beach Quilters (who first came up with the idea of the community party which ultimately became the Muir Beach Holiday Arts Fair!), will once again be on hand, with their scarves, gloves, and of course, their breathtaking, colorful quilts.

Meanwhile, the Muir Beach Volunteer Fire Department invites you to come see their logo merchandise, which will include their logo caps, stainless steelware, T-shirts and totes.   Proceeds help to fund the operations of this 100%-volunteer organization.

And the fair is also supporting the next generation of creators.

Once again, this year, Muir Beach Holiday Arts Fair is partnering with the California College of the Arts, showcasing a wide selection of student artwork.   Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to local community programs.

Have fun supporting this amazing community, and finding new treasures–for Christmastime or any time!

The 2025 edition of Muir Beach Holiday Arts Fair  will be held at Muir Beach Community Center (19 Seascape Drive)  Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, December 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Admission is free.
